Return and Exchange Policy
At D.O.P.E. Ordnance, LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the following policy regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges for different product categories offered on our website.
Apparel & Merchandise (via TeeSpring.com)
All merchandise (including apparel and accessories) is fulfilled through TeeSpring.com.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items must follow TeeSpring’s official policy.
- Do not send apparel returns to D.O.P.E. Ordnance, LLC.
- Visit TeeSpring.com for instructions on how to handle any return or exchange requests.
- D.O.P.E. Ordnance, LLC is not responsible for issuing refunds on merchandise orders fulfilled through TeeSpring.
Firearm Manufacturer Warranty
- If your firearm has a manufacturer defect, it must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
- We are happy to assist in facilitating the return, but you are responsible for contacting the manufacturer and obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Once you have an RMA, we can help ship the item back—shipping costs may apply.
Transfer Returns
- If you have received a firearm transfer and wish to return it, you must contact the FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) that facilitated the transfer.
- Any return must be approved by the originating FFL.
- We can assist with return shipping if needed, but all shipping costs are the responsibility of the transferee.
Firearm & Ammunition Policy
- No returns or exchanges are accepted for firearms or ammunition once the transfer is complete.
- In some cases, we may offer to purchase the firearm back at a reduced rate, pending inspection and legal eligibility.
Products Sold Directly by D.O.P.E. Ordnance, LLC
Items shipped directly from our store (excluding firearms and ammunition) may be eligible for return or exchange on a case-by-case basis.
- All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Approval is at the sole discretion of D.O.P.E. Ordnance, LLC.
